The Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) is a request by the Custom Broker to the Saudi Customs Department to amend information in the electronic declaration which has been previously filed. Upon acceptance of the ECL, the information will be automatically amended and a notification will be sent to the Custom Broker.
To create transit declaration ECL details
1. Using the Declaration Search option, search for a declaration. Refer to Search Transit Declaration
2. Click on the Document Ref No. hyper link.

3. To edit the transit declaration, Click Correction button. The following screen is displayed.
