Searching Transit Declaration Details

This option is used to search and view the transit declaration details.

To search for transit declaration details

1.      Open the Search page.(SAUDIEDI >> Transit Declaration >> Search)

2.      Enter the Document Ref. No.

3.      Click Search.

4.      Enter the information in the search criteria fields.
 

Field	Description
Document Ref No	Enter the Document Reference Number given by the customs department.
Declaration Port	Enter the declaration port number.
Declaration No	Enter the declaration number.
Declaration From/To Date	Select the declaration date using the calendar icon.
Status	Select the declaration status from the drop down list.

5.      Click Search, the search result screen is displayed.

6.      Click Document Reference Number, Transit Declaration View Screen is displayed.
