إضافة تفاصيل أصناف

يستخدم هذا الخيار لإنشاء صنف في بيان استيراد في تطبيق سنام. يجب إنشاء فاتورة قبل إنشاء الصنف.

لإضافة تفاصيل الصنف

1. افتح صفحة الصنف (SAUDIEDI>>بيان استيراد>>إنشاء>>الصنف)

2. انقر إضافة، يتم عرض صفحة إنشاء الصنف.

3. أدخل المعلومات في حقول معايير البحث.

Invoice No

Select the Invoice Number from the drop down list.

Country of Origin

Select the Country of Origin. To Select the Country of Origin Click

button.

Tariff Code

Enter the Tariff code of the imported goods .

NOTE: Click on the Retrieve Details button to retrieve the details like Tariff Descrription and UOM’s of the provided Tariff Code. The exact Tariff Code(8 digits) must be entered. Please refer to the Saudi Customs Website (http://www.saudi-customs.net) for getting the updated Tariff Codes.

NOTE: Once the entered Tariff code is available, Tariff Description, UOM informations gets updated automatically.

Gross Weight

Gross weight of the goods.

NOTE: Summation of the items gross weight must be equal to the gross weight indicated in the delivery order

Nett Weight Net Weight (must be less than or equal to the gross weight).

No. of Package

Enter the Number of Packages.

Item Value

Enter the Item Cost.

Duty Type

Select the duty type from the drop down list.

1. Cash

2. Insurance

3. Government Insurance

4. Exemption

Container Size

Enter the size of the Container.

Production Date

Enter the Production Date of the goods.

ملاحظة: :انقر الزر لتحويل قيمة كمية الفاتورة تلقائيًا إلى كميات أخرى وفقًا لوحدة القياس. علمًا بأن التحويل يتم إذا كان معدل التحويل متاحًا وكذلك إذا كانت الكمية المحددة مطلوبة.

الكمية الدولية

أدخل كمية الصنف في الوحدة الدولية المحددة وفق كود التعرفة.

كمية التعرفة

أدخل كمية الصنف في وحدة التعرفة كما هو محدد وفق كود التعرفة.

الحد الأدنى للرسوم

أدخل كمية الصنف في وحدة الحد الأدنى للرسوم كما هو محدد في كود التعرفة

رسوم إضافية

أدخل كمية الصنف في وحدة الرسوم الإضافية كما هو محدد وفق كود التعرفة.

قسم مرجع الصنف

إعفاء: معلومات الإعفاء إذا كان نوع رسوم الصنف هو إعفاء

التأمين: معلومات التأمين إذا كان نوع رسوم الصنف هي تأمين.

بضاعة مقيدة: خطاب التقييد في حال كان كود تعرفة الصنف مقيدًا

التعهد : معلومات التعهد للصنف
شهادة مطابقة: شهادة للإضافة في قسم الصنف
