This page allows you to search and view the ECL details of the import manifest in the SaudiEDI Application.
To search the ECL details
1. Open the ECL Search page. (SAUDI EDI>> Manifest>> ECL>> ECL Search)

2. Enter
information in the Search Criteria
fields.

Message ID. |
Enter the message ID. |
ECL Reference No. |
Enter the Electronic Correction Letter reference number. |
Note: If you do not know the Message ID and the ECL Reference No., click Advanced Search hyper link. |

3. Enter the information in the Advanced Search Criteria fields.

Enter the Electronic Correction Letter reference number. |
Document Ref. No |
Enter the document reference number. |
Customs No. |
Enter the customs number relevant to the manifest. |
Issue Date |
Enter the date using the calendar icon. |
Status |
Select the status from the drop down list (e.g., DRAFT, ECL SENT, etc). |
4. Click the Search button. The ECL Search Details page is displayed.

5. Click ECL Reference No. hyper link. The Manifest Details page is displayed.
